Beekeeper Presentation
We had an amazing meeting with master beekeeper, Ms. Gisele. She shared so many interesting facts about bees, helped us find the differences between bees, wasps and flies and gave us some insight into being a bee keeper. Did you know that Mason bees are important in Alberta because they help pollinate alfalfa which is used to make hay? The students also got to ask some of their many interesting questions. Be sure to ask your child about all the interesting facts they learned.
